GPB Finance to Launch 7 Billion Ruble Bond Issue on October 5

GPB Finance, a Russian financial institution, will begin the placement of 7 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each on October 5. The offering will be conducted through an open subscription process. The placement price is set at 100% of the nominal value, equating to 1,000 rubles per bond.

The placement agent for this issue is Gazprombank (a major Russian state-owned bank).

GPB Finance had previously issued a primary tranche of bonds worth 20 billion rubles in February 2026, with a maturity date set for 2028. On April 16, 2026, the company issued an additional tranche (No. 1) worth 6 billion rubles at nominal value. Another additional tranche (No. 2) worth 7 billion rubles was issued on September 1, 2026, also at nominal value.
