Russian Ministry of Finance Additional Placement of OFZ Issue 26253 for 40.9 Billion Rubles

The Russian Ministry of Finance has conducted an additional placement of OFZ-PD bonds (Russian government bonds) issue No. 26253RMFS for 40.89 billion rubles ($525 million) following an auction.

The total offer amounted to 41.88 billion rubles ($540 million). The proceeds from the placement totaled 34.28 billion rubles ($440 million).

The placement price was set at 83.8105% of the nominal value. The yield to price was 16.74% per annum.

The maturity date for the OFZ issue 26253 is October 6, 2038. The coupon rate for the entire term of the loan is 13.00% per annum.
