DeloPorts Successfully Issues RUB 6 Billion in Bonds
DeloPorts, a leading Russian logistics company, has successfully issued RUB 6 billion worth of bonds through an open subscription. The issue consisted of 6 million bonds, each with a nominal value of RUB 1,000.
The bonds were placed at 100% of their nominal value, meaning each bond was priced at RUB 1,000. Initially, the placement price was set at no less than 100% of the nominal value plus accrued interest (НКД).
The placement was organized by Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank, and Sovcombank, with Sovcombank acting as the placement agent.
The main tranche, with a nominal volume of RUB 5.5 billion, was issued on August 28, 2026, and is scheduled for redemption in 2029. The coupon rate for the entire term of the bonds is set at 17.05% per annum.
