PSB Bank to Launch Bond Offering on October 1

PSB Bank PJSC will conduct a subscription for Series 004P-09 bonds on October 1st.

The nominal value of each security is 1,000 Russian rubles.

The bonds will have a circulation period of 1.5 years.

PSB Bank is acting as the placement agent.

The issue is being conducted within the framework of the exchange-traded bond program Series 004P, with a total volume of up to 500 billion rubles or its equivalent in foreign currency.
