X5 Group, which operates the retail chains Pyaterochka, Перекресток (Perekrestok) and Chizhik, reported a net profit of 13.3 billion rubles ($165 million) for the first quarter of 2026, according to its financial report. This represents a year-on-year decline of 27.6%.

Net profit margin for the period fell to 1.1% (-60 basis points). Revenue increased by 11.3% to 1.19 trillion rubles ($14.8 billion), while adjusted EBITDA rose by 25.8% to 64.3 billion rubles ($800 million). Adjusted EBITDA margin increased to 5.4% (+62 basis points).
