Ozon reported a net profit of 4.5 billion rubles ($54 million) under IFRS for the first quarter of 2026, compared to a loss of 7.9 billion rubles ($95 million) in the same period last year.
Revenue for the quarter rose to 1.135 trillion rubles ($13.6 billion). Adjusted EBITDA increased 1.5 times to 48.8 billion rubles ($585 million), with an adjusted EBITDA margin reaching 4.3%. Group revenue grew by 49% to 300.9 billion rubles ($3.6 billion). Net cash flow from operating activities amounted to 120.5 billion rubles ($1.4 billion).
