Russia urges the United States to take a sober approach to the issue of Tomahawk supplies to Ukraine - Ryabkov

Russia will consider the transfer of American Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine as a qualitative change in the situation, but this will not affect its determination to achieve its goals. This opinion was voiced by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.

- The hypothetical use of such systems is possible only with the direct involvement of American personnel. I hope that those who are pushing Washington to make such a decision are well aware of the depth and severity of the consequences of a decision being made in this situation. We, of course, urge the American leadership and the American military to approach this whole situation soberly, sensibly, and responsibly," he stressed.

• Earlier, US President Donald Trump said he had almost accepted on the transfer of Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, but first I would like to know how it plans to use them.
