Putin Warns of Living in an Extremely Unstable World

Russia will have to operate in a volatile and rapidly changing international environment in the near future, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during the plenary session of the XXIII annual meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club.

Putin noted that the formation of a new system of international relations will be accompanied by unexpected events and sharp turns, some of which could have unpleasant and even dangerous consequences.
