Britain Adds Over 20 Russians and Russian Companies to Sanctions List

Britain has expanded its sanctions list against Russian individuals and companies, according to information published on the Foreign Office website.

The new measures target 22 individuals, including Alana Gagloev, an advisor to the Russian President and former President of South Ossetia, Marat Kambolov, the current President of South Ossetia, several members of the Georgian political party "Solidarity for Peace", and leaders of "Movement of the First" branches in newly incorporated Russian regions.

Additionally, one company (NOVATEK Gas and Power Asia Pte Ltd) and eight vessels have been added to the blacklist.
