Five killed in fire at fireworks factory in Yaroslavl region

Five people were killed in a fire at a fireworks manufacturing facility in Kubrinsky village, Yaroslavl region. Another woman sustained injuries.

The blaze erupted simultaneously in two buildings where fireworks were being produced. Witnesses reported hearing an explosion shortly before the fire started.

Emergency services found the bodies of five victims upon arrival at the scene. Another injured woman with a leg injury is being examined by medical personnel.

The cause of the explosion and subsequent fire is under investigation. Specialists are working to determine the circumstances of the incident.
