Tomsk Region to Launch Bond Offering on October 5

Tomsk Region will conduct a bond issue tender on October 5.

The total issue volume at nominal value amounts to 8 billion rubles, with the planned placement volume not exceeding 8 billion rubles.

The bonds will be in circulation for approximately 3.5 years.

Repayment of the nominal value of the bonds will be carried out in amortization installments: 50% in the dates of the 34th and 43rd coupon payments.

The benchmark rate for the first coupon will be determined later.

Organizers of the placement: Gazprombank, SberCIB (the investment banking arm of Sberbank), and Sovcombank.
