MICEX Index Falls 0.8% in Monday Trading Session, Reaching 2,260 Points

Among the most liquid stocks, the following dynamics were observed:

- Sberbank -0.5%;

- Lukoil -0.6%;

- Rosneft -0.6%;

- Nornickel -0.9%.

The MICEX Index (ММВБ) is a price indicator of the Russian stock market. It is calculated based on the market capitalization of free-float shares and includes highly liquid securities of large and rapidly growing Russian companies.

The composite stock index of the Moscow Exchange is calculated using prices weighted by market capitalization, taking into account free-float, of the most liquid Russian company stocks. The index composition and weight are reviewed quarterly.
