Sibsteklo Issues 250 Million Rubles in Exchange-Traded Bonds
From June 10 to September 23, 2026, Sibsteklo (a Russian glass manufacturer) sold 250,000 bonds with a face value of 1,000 rubles each through a private placement to qualified investors.
The bonds have a three-year term, with an offer valid after 1.5 years.
The coupon period is 30 days. The repayment of the nominal value is done in installments: 20% at the end of the 30th and 33rd coupon periods, and 60% at the end of the 36th coupon period.
The coupon rate until the offer is set at 25.50% per annum.
The bonds also allow for early redemption at the issuer’s discretion on the date of the 22nd coupon period.
