### Russian Central Election Commission Publishes Preliminary Results of State Duma Elections The Central Election Commission of Russia (CEC) has released preliminary results after processing 95.22% of the protocols in the federal constituency for the State Duma elections. According to the data, United Russia (Единая Россия) leads with 57.83% of the votes. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation (КПРФ) follows with 13.8%, while the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (ЛДПР) received 8.98%. The New People party (Новые люди) secured 7.96% of the votes. Fair Russia (Справедливая Россия), however, failed to cross the 5% threshold, receiving only 4.96% of the votes cast.
