Russian company A7 prepares a bond program worth 200 billion rubles.
Moscow Exchange registered the prospectus and stock exchange bond program series 001P on September 17.
The bond program was assigned registration number 4-00289-L-001P-02E.
The maximum size of the bond program is 200 billion rubles or an equivalent amount in foreign currency.
Bonds under the program will be issued for a term of up to 10 years.
The bond program has no expiration date.
