Brent crude oil prices surpassed $92 per barrel for the first time since June 11, according to trading data from the London-based ICE exchange.

On July 22, the price of the September futures contract for Brent crude rose by 1.26%, reaching $92.16 per barrel.

The acceleration in oil price growth is linked to market concerns over a potential escalation of conflict in the Middle East. Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump had declared his readiness to strike an Iranian nuclear facility.
