Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will meet with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on July 23 on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit in Manila, Lavrov confirmed.
"The meeting with Rubio has been agreed upon and will take place on July 23 in the morning," Lavrov told reporters.
