Russian technology company Otkrytye Tekhnologii 98 JSC is preparing a bond program worth 2 billion rubles.
On January 15, the Moscow Exchange registered the exchange-traded bond program of Otkrytye Tekhnologii 98 JSC series 001P.
The program was assigned registration number 4-11235-H-001P-02E.
The maximum size of the bond program is 2 billion rubles inclusive or its equivalent in foreign currency.
Securities under the program will be issued for up to 10 years.
The bond program has an indefinite duration.
The overview was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, member of the Moscow Exchange listing expert council, Ph.D. in Economics, and head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management at the Higher School of Management of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
