Aluminum prices surged above $3,400 per ton on March 4 amid escalating tensions in the Middle East, according to data from the London Metal Exchange (LME).
The May futures contract for aluminum rose by 4.37%, reaching $3,418 per ton. This is the highest price recorded since April 2022.
