111 Enemy UAVs Destroyed in Central Federal District Regions in 3 Hours

Air defense forces from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Moscow time repelled a large-scale attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of aircraft type. During the three hours, air defense units destroyed 111 Ukrainian UAVs. The attack continued after 6:00 PM. According to Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, 26 drones were shot down as they approached the capital from 4:53 PM to 7:20 PM. Emergency and operational services are working at the sites where debris fell. The largest number of air targets was detected over the territory of Bryansk region. Here, 73 drones were destroyed within three hours. Another 20 UAVs were shot down in the airspace of Kaluga region. In the Moscow region, air defense systems neutralized 8 drones. 5 drones were shot down over Tula region, 3 over Oryol region, and another 2 over Smolensk region. All targets were detected and eliminated in a timely manner.
