Sobyanin: 8 Drones Destroyed in an Hour as They Approached Moscow

On December 27, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin reported the repulsion of an attack by drones flying towards Moscow. In the period from 16:53 to 17:42, eight enemy UAVs were shot down as they approached the capital. Emergency and operational services of the capital are working at the sites of debris fall. Shortly before the incident, the Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of 36 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of aircraft type in the Bryansk region. They were shot down between 13:00 and 15:00 by on-duty means of air defense forces.
