VEB.RF Placed Exchange Bonds for 3 Billion Rubles

VEB.RF has placed exchange-traded bonds worth 3 billion rubles. VEB.RF has placed exchange-traded bonds of series PBO-002R-56 for the amount of 3 billion rubles at nominal value. The bank placed 3 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each via an open subscription. The circulation period is 367 days. The coupon income is calculated as the sum of income for each day of the coupon period based on RUONIA + spread, which was set at the end of the tender at 1.25% per annum. The placement agent is VEB.RF. The bonds were placed within the framework of the exchange-traded bond program of series 002R with a total volume of up to 5 trillion rubles inclusive or an equivalent amount in foreign currency. The review was presented by Alexey Grishchenko, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Operational and Sectoral Management at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
