The ruble is losing ground by about 0.1% against major world currencies on Monday.
On the interbank market, the following dynamics are observed: the ruble to Chinese yuan rate (CNY/RUB) is trading at 11.34 rubles per yuan.
The ruble against the dollar (USD/RUB) is at 80.10 rubles per US dollar, while the euro-ruble (EUR/RUB) is trading at 93.60 rubles per euro.
Since June 13, 2024, the exchange rates for the US dollar (USD/RUB) and the euro (EUR/RUB) have been calculated based on data from bank transactions, digital platform deals, and over-the-counter trades. The Chinese yuan rate (CNY/RUB) is formed exclusively based on transactions concluded on the Moscow Exchange.
Data sources for determining the rates:
- operations on the currency market of the Moscow Exchange;
- information on transactions provided by banks;
- data from digital platforms of the over-the-counter market.
It should be noted that if there are no current data in the specified sources, the rate remains at the level of the previous trading day.
