KVS Company Defaults Technically

Company "KVS" has defaulted on its technical obligations.

"Concessions of Water Supply - Saratov" was unable to fully repay part of the nominal value of bonds series BO-01 on the date of the sixth coupon payment.

The company fully paid the coupon income for the sixth coupon period in the amount of 366.5 million rubles. For the repayment of part of the nominal value, 133.5 million rubles were transferred. The issuer fulfilled its obligations by 93.8%.

Also, the issuer fulfilled the obligation to repay part of the nominal value of bonds on the date of the fifth coupon payment. The total amount of payments under the obligation was 151.42 million rubles.

The issue with a nominal volume of 2 billion rubles was placed in December 2019 with maturity in 2033.
