Federal Budget Deficit for January-November Totaled 4.3 Trillion Rubles

At the end of November 2025, the federal budget was executed with a deficit of 4.3 trillion rubles, or 2% of GDP, according to the Russian Ministry of Finance.

Total federal budget revenues for the reporting period amounted to 32.9 trillion rubles: of which non-oil and gas revenues were 24.871 trillion rubles, and oil and gas revenues were 8.029 trillion rubles.

The total federal budget expenditure for the year amounted to 37.175 trillion rubles.
