The HK "Metalloinvest" Company Issued Exchangeable Bonds

Company HK "Metalloinvest" issued exchange bonds of series 002P-03 for 20 billion rubles. The issuer sold 20 million bonds at a nominal value of 1000 rubles each through open subscription. The term of the bonds is 2 years. The coupon period is 30 days. The coupon income on the bonds is calculated as the sum of the income for each day of the coupon period based on the Bank of Russia key rate plus a spread set based on the subscription collection results at a rate of 1.8% per annum. The planned issuance volume during the subscription collection was increased from at least 10 to 20 billion rubles. The organizers of the placement are Gazprombank, Alfa-Bank, VBRR, Derzhava, Sovcombank, and T-Bank. Gazprombank is the placement agent. The review was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, a member of the expert listing committee of the Moscow Exchange, PhD in Economics, head of the Financial and Investment Management Department at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
