Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin presented the current state of national projects implementation and economic dynamics at the meeting of the Council on Strategic Development. The main achievements included GDP growth and a slowdown in inflation. To date, 6 trillion rubles have been allocated for the implementation of national projects since the beginning of the year. Mikhail Mishustin also reported on the development of the economy over the past three years under sanctions. The cumulative growth approaches 10%. The government continues to concentrate resources on achieving national development goals by 2030, using national projects as the main mechanism. Since the beginning of 2025, 6 trillion rubles have already been allocated for their funding, reported Mishustin. Despite external challenges, the economy has shown recovery. According to the results of the first ten months of 2025, GDP growth reached 1%. This was achieved through positive dynamics in several sectors: manufacturing, construction, agriculture, retail, IT, and tourism. Mishustin highlighted the overall GDP growth over the past three years, approaching 10%, achieved under unprecedented sanctions pressure. Separately, the Prime Minister noted the successful slowdown in consumer price growth. Joint measures by the government and the Central Bank have reduced inflation from peak levels in the first quarter to less than 7% by December 1, 2025. The government expects to achieve an annual inflation rate of around 6% for the year, which is below the initial forecasts. Mikhail Mishustin emphasized that the system of feedback accounting from citizens for each area of work has been created and is effectively functioning. This allows for adjustments in the implementation of projects based on public requests.
