"ROSATOM" to Acquire a New Asset: President Adds Radioelectronics Research Institute to List of Property Contribution

On December 8, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, signed Order No. 899, which amends the current list of joint stock companies whose shares, held by the federal government, are transferred to the state corporation "Rosatom" as an investment contribution. This list was originally approved by Presidential Decree No. 1534 dated November 23, 2011. The amendment includes an addition in the form of item 31, which adds "Research and Design Institute of Radioelectronic Technology" located in the city of Zarechye, Penza region, to the list of such companies.
