On November 21, during trading on Forex, the US dollar rate fell below 77 rubles, according to data published on the Investing.com platform. As of 12:06 Moscow time, the dollar was down 4.37%, dropping to 76.5505 rubles, which is the lowest level since July 11, 2025. At the same time, on the Russian interbank market, the dollar rate was down 1.48%, falling to 78.84 rubles.
