"INARKTIKA issued bonds worth 3 billion rubles"

"INARKTIKA" has placed bonds worth 3 billion rubles. The issuer sold 700,000 bonds of series 002P-04 and 2.3 million bonds of series 002P-05 with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription. The term of the bonds is 3 years, with a coupon period of 30 days. The coupon rate for bonds of series 002P-04 was set at 15.75% per annum following the collection of bids. The coupon income for bonds of series 002P-05 is determined as the sum of income for each day of the coupon period according to the formula: the key rate of the Central Bank of Russia + spread, which was set at 2.90% per annum following the collection of bids. The organizer and placement agent is Gazprombank. The bonds were issued within the framework of the stock exchange bond program of series 002P with a total volume of up to 10 billion rubles inclusive or an equivalent amount in foreign currency.
