On the Situation in the Global Oil Market

Oil futures are trading at $65 per barrel.
The benchmark crude oil from the North Sea, BRENT, is trading on Wednesday at around $64.60 per barrel, with a price drop of 0.5%.
Russian export-grade oil URALS, which includes heavy sulfurous oil from the Urals-Volga region and light Western Siberian oil of the SIBERIAN LIGHT grade, is trading (futures contracts) at $54.59 per barrel.
The price difference between these oil grades has narrowed to a range of $4-7 per barrel.
