Technical default by "Naftatrans Plus".

Fuel company "Naftatrans Plus" failed to pay the coupon income for the 26th coupon period on its bond series BO-05.

The total amount of the unfulfilled obligation was 5,752,500 rubles.

The company noted that the obligation was not fulfilled due to insufficient funds on the payment date.

Planned date for fulfilling the obligation: up to December 31, 2025.

The bond issue with a nominal value of 250 million rubles was placed in 2023 with maturity in 2026.
