**Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug to Issue 10 Billion Rubles in Bonds** The Finance Department of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra plans to conduct a bond issue collection for the 34002 series from 11:00 to 14:00 Moscow time on November 25. The technical placement of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for November 27, 2025. The total issue volume at nominal value amounts to 10 billion rubles, with the planned placement volume up to 10 billion rubles. The bonds will have a circulation period of 3 years. The repayment of the nominal value of the bonds will be carried out in amortization installments: 30% in the dates of the 4th and 8th coupon payments, and 40% in the date of the 12th coupon payment. Coupons will be paid quarterly.
