Moscow Exchange Index (MOEX) opened with a decline.

MICEX Index corrects by 0.8% on Monday during the trading session, reaching a level of 2505 basis points.

Among the most liquid stocks, the following dynamics are observed:

- Sberbank: -0.5%;

- Gazprom: -0.7%;

- Lukoil: -1.3%;

- Polyus: -1%.

It is worth noting that the Moscow Exchange Index (MICEX) is a price indicator of the Russian stock market. It is formed based on the market capitalization of free-floating shares and includes highly liquid securities of large and dynamically growing Russian companies.

The overview was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, a member of the Expert Council of the Moscow Exchange on Listing, Ph.D. in Economics, Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
