Holders of the "Pushkinskaya Karta" have been warned about the need to reissue it by the end of the year.

The "Pushkinskaya Card", which gives teenagers the right to visit theaters, cinemas, museums, and philharmonics at the expense of the state, must be reissued before the end of the year, according to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. To ensure that the cards continue to work next year, an application for their reissue must be submitted through the "Gosuslugi Kultura" app by December 28. The Ministry of Culture explained the necessity of this action by the change of the bank operator, which will be VTB starting from January 1, 2026. The validity period of the previously issued cards by Pochta Bank will expire on December 31, 2025.
