Voxis JSC placed bonds worth 300 million rubles.

Voxis JSC placed exchange-traded bonds of series 001P-01 worth 300 million rubles at nominal value.

The issuer sold 300,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription.

The circulation period of the bonds is 2 years.

The coupon period is 30 days.

The coupon rate for the entire circulation period was set at 21.00% per annum following the bid collection results.

Initially, the guideline for the 1st coupon rate was set at no higher than 21.50% per annum.

Alfa-Bank acted as the organizer and placement agent.

The review was presented by Alexey Grishchenko, Doctor of Economics, Professor at the Department of Operational and Sectoral Management of the Faculty "Higher School of Management" at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
