The Russian government has established export quotas for mineral fertilizers. They will be valid from December 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.

The total volume of the export quota is 18.7 million tons, of which more than 10.6 million tons are for nitrogen fertilizers and more than 8 million tons for complex fertilizers.

The solution is designed to create conditions for the uninterrupted operation of domestic agricultural producers, feed producers and other consumers, ensuring the necessary volumes of products on the domestic market.

Quotas do not apply to the supply of fertilizers to Abkhazia and South Ossetia, to the export of fertilizers from Russia as part of international transit traffic, as well as as part of international humanitarian aid supplies.
