Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold an operational meeting with the permanent members of the Russian Security Council, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced.
"The President plans to hold an operational meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council in the middle of the day. He will define the topic himself," Peskov was quoted as saying by TASS.
