PAO "Magnit" conducted a bond offering on October 31st with a volume of 10 billion rubles.

The issuer held a bond offering for exchange-traded bonds of series BO-005R-04 on October 31st from 11:00 to 15:00 Moscow time.

The technical placement of the securities on the exchange is scheduled for November 12, 2025.

The planned placement volume is from 10 billion rubles.

The nominal value of one security in the issue is 1,000 rubles.

Maturity period is 2 years. The coupon period is 30 days.

The coupon income on the bonds is determined as the sum of income for each day of the coupon period based on the key rate of the Bank of Russia plus a spread. The spread guideline is no higher than 160 basis points.
