According to the results of the audit of the Accounting Chamber of the Financial University, violations were revealed.

The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation summed up the results of the audit of the use of budgetary funds by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation for the period 2022-2024. During the control event, separate violations of financial discipline were identified, according to the report.

In the area of capital investments, plans for the commissioning of three facilities were noted: a dormitory in Moscow and two sports complexes in Moscow and Barnaul. In particular, accounts receivable in the amount of 503.4 million rubles were established for the dormitory facility in connection with the non-fulfillment of obligations by the contractor.

When checking the research activities, it was noted that the use of the results of 99 scientific papers carried out in 2022-2024 for a total amount of 936.3 million rubles has not been documented.

Deficiencies in the organization of remuneration related to the payment of incentive allowances totaling 837.6 million rubles with individual violations of the established procedure were also identified, according to the report of the Accounting Chamber.

In the field of property complex management, the facts of the provision of office residential premises to persons who are not university employees, as well as the lack of up-to-date information in the register of federal property, have been established.

Based on the results of the audit, the Accounting Chamber will send the relevant information to the Government of the Russian Federation and send a submission to the university management to eliminate the identified comments.
