An exchange of prisoners of war between Russia and Ukraine took place on the territory of Belarus, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Under the agreement, 270 Russian servicemen were returned from Ukrainian captivity. In exchange, Russia handed over 270 Ukrainian prisoners of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to Kiev.
