Russian stock market opens with gains in RTS and MOEX indices

On September 22, the Russian stock market opened the main trading session with an increase in both the RTS and MOEX (Moscow Exchange) indices, according to data from the trading platform.

In the first minute of trading, the MOEX index rose by 0.5% to 2270.19 points, while the RTS index also climbed by 0.5% to 850.35 points.

Among the leading gainers were shares of VTB (+2.4%), Rusagro (+2.3%), MMK (+1.7%), NLMK (+1.5%), and VK (+1.5%).
