Russia Scraps Grain Export Duties Until End of 2026

The Russian government has abolished export duties on grain until the end of 2026, according to the Ministry of Agriculture.

The decision sets a zero export duty rate for grain and is aimed at supporting Russian agricultural producers and companies engaged in the export of grain and oilseeds.

The ministry stated that the measure was taken amid changes in export logistics. The abolition of duties is expected to create additional conditions for maintaining external supplies of Russian agricultural products and enhance the resilience of exporters during the restructuring of logistics routes.

The zero rate will remain in effect until the end of 2026.
