During the night of September 21st, Russian air defense units intercepted and destroyed 244 Ukrainian drones, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over the territories of Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Volgograd, Kaluga, Kursk, Orel, Orenburg, Rostov, Ryazan, Samara, Saratov, Tver, Tula, Ulyanovsk regions, Krasnodar Territory, the Republics of Adygea, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, and over the Black Sea waters.
