Experts are currently assessing the situation and monitoring changes in water levels. "For several days now, together with specialists, we have been assessing the risks. There is no threat to the lives and health of residents downstream. There is no flooding of settlements, and the water level in the Seversky Donets River near Bezlyudovka is decreasing. We are taking all measures to stabilize the situation," said Roman Tatarintsev, Minister of Natural Resources of Belgorod Oblast. The regional operational headquarters added that shelling of the facility continues. Repair work can only be carried out after a full repair of the damaged structures.
