MICEX Gains 3% in Tuesday Trading Session

MICEX rises by 3% on Tuesday trading session, reaching 2060 basis points.

Here is the trading dynamics of the most liquid stocks:

- VTB +0.6%;

- Sberbank +1%;

- Rosneft -0.2%;

- Gazprom +0.1%.

MICEX Index is a price indicator of the Russian stock market, calculated based on the market capitalization of free-float shares (shares available for public trading) and includes highly liquid stocks of large and fast-growing Russian companies.

The composite stock index of the Moscow Exchange is calculated using prices weighted by market capitalization with free-float adjustment, covering the most liquid stocks of Russian companies.

It is worth noting that the index composition and weightings are reviewed quarterly.
