SVO Participant Terror Attack Foiled in Stavropol Region

Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) officers in Stavropol Krai have foiled a terrorist attack targeting a participant in the Special Military Operation (SVO), according to the FSB press service.

A 49-year-old suspect has been detained. On the instructions of his handler, the man was tasked with making a homemade explosive device and placing it under the car of a former serviceman at his residence.

Components for making an explosive device, as well as communication devices containing correspondence with the handler, were seized from the suspect. A criminal case has been opened.
