In the night of July 11, the Russian Defense Ministry announced a series of group strikes against military infrastructure targets in Ukraine. According to the ministry, the attacks involved the use of high-precision long-range weapons based on land and air, as well as strike drones.
The main targets included enterprises of the military-industrial complex in Kiev (Kiev) involved in the production and storage of drones, as well as port infrastructure facilities in Odessa (Odessa), Chornomorsk (Black Sea Port), and Izmail, which were used for receiving, storing, and transporting military cargo and fuel.
In Kiev, the "Aerodron" enterprise, specializing in the development and production of heavy drones, and the production site of ChAO "Fanplit" were hit. The latter facility was involved in the assembly and storage of drones and components for their combat equipment.

The ministry claims that fuel tanks, warehouses, unloading and storage facilities for military cargo, loading platforms, pumping stations, and storage areas for weapons and equipment, as well as elements of the port management system, were struck.
