Rostelecom to Launch Bond Issue on July 10
On July 10, 2023, PJSC Rostelecom will conduct a book-building session for exchange-traded bonds (Series 001P-28R) in the amount of 10 billion rubles.
The session will take place from 11:00 to 15:00 Moscow time. The technical listing of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for July 15, 2026.
The planned issue volume is 10 billion rubles. The nominal value of each bond is 1,000 rubles. The bonds will have a five-year maturity period, with an optional buyback (put option) after 1.5 years. The coupon period is 30 days.
The indicative rate for the first coupon is set at no more than 15.00% per annum, corresponding to a yield to put option of no more than 16.08% per annum.
Organizers of the issue include Alfa-Bank, DOM.RF Bank, VTB Capital Trading, Gazprombank, Moscow Credit Bank, Sber CIB, Sinara Investment Bank, Sovcombank, and T-Bank. Sber CIB will act as the placement agent.
