### Russian Air Defense Intercepts 213 Ukrainian Drones Overnight Russian air defense systems successfully intercepted and neutralized a large-scale attack by Ukrainian drones in the night of June 28, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. From 8:00 PM Moscow time on June 27 to 7:00 AM on June 28, a total of 213 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of aircraft type were intercepted and destroyed. The drones were shot down over the territories of Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Orel, Rostov, Ryazan, Tambov, and Tula regions, Krasnodar Territory, Moscow region, and the Republic of Crimea (a disputed territory annexed by Russia in 2014). Additionally, drones were eliminated over the waters of the Azov and Black Seas. According to the Ministry of Defense, all detected air targets were promptly intercepted by air defense crews.
